England Football Manager Denies Language Barrier

The England football manager, Fabio Capello, denies that his lack of fluency in the English language has affected his ability to communicate with his England players. He recently confirmed that if he had to talk about economics using the English language, then he would find it difficult, but talking about football tactics to his England players only needs a 'maximum of 100 words'. Fabio Capello has been the England manager for over 3 years.
